These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ARD Prints website and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice
- Custom quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or agreed upon (for COD orders)
- Bulk orders may require a deposit before production begins
Design and Artwork
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork, logos, or images submitted for printing
- ARD Prints is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided designs
- We offer free design assistance but final approval of the design proof is your responsibility
- Once a design proof is approved, any errors in the approved design are the customer’s responsibility
Production and Delivery
- Standard production time is 5–7 business days after design approval
- Rush orders may be available at an additional cost
- Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Quality and Returns
- We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee on print quality
- If there is a defect in printing (color, placement, or quality issues), we will reprint or refund the order
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the issue
- Custom printed items cannot be returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects
Color Accuracy
While we strive for accurate color reproduction, slight variations may occur between screen displays and printed output. Factors like fabric type, color, and printing method can affect the final result. If exact color matching is critical, we recommend ordering a sample first.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible or may incur a partial charge for materials and labor already used.
